Please read these terms before you order from lyksessentials.com. By placing an order, you agree to them.
LYKS Essentials is a natural food brand owned by Saranya Y, based at No. 83, Thendral Nagar, near Kaliamman Temple, Thanthonimalai, Karur – 639007, Tamil Nadu, India.
In these terms, “LYKS Essentials”, “we” and “us” mean the seller named above. “You” means the customer.
We sell natural food products such as moringa, amla, curry leaf, beetroot and dates powders, and seed and nut combos.
They are food, not medicine. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Check with your doctor first if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, giving the product to a child, under medical treatment or have a diagnosed condition.
Allergies. Some products contain seeds and nuts. Read the ingredient list on the product page and the pack before you eat it. Do not use a product if you are allergic to any ingredient.
Nothing added. Our powders (shots) are made only from the raw ingredient, with no preservatives and no colouring agents. Our seeds are packed fresh, with no processing and nothing added.
Natural variation. Colour, taste and texture can differ slightly between batches because the ingredients are natural.
Product images. Images on our website are for illustration only and may not show the exact product. The actual colour, texture and packaging may differ slightly from what you see on screen.
Fresh seeds.Our seeds are unprocessed, so they naturally tend to attract bugs and insects. Please don't overstock. Keep them dry and store them away from humidity.
Storage and shelf life.Follow the storage instructions and the “best before” date printed on each pack.
How to use.General usage directions are on the “How to Eat” page of our website and in the PDF guide we share with your order. If your doctor has advised you differently, follow your doctor.
Country of origin, ingredients and net quantity are shown on each product's page and label.
All prices are in Indian Rupees. Shipping, if any, is shown at checkout before you pay.
Your order is confirmed only after payment is successful. We do not offer cash on delivery.
Prices and offers can change, but the price shown when you pay is the price you are charged.
We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock or was listed at a wrong price. If we do, you get a full refund.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed. If you have a special request, such as a change of address or a customised order, WhatsApp us immediately on +91 98841 11423 with your order number. We will customise your order where it is possible.
Payments are processed by Razorpay through UPI, cards or net banking. We do not receive or store your card or banking details.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by the courier, weather or holidays.
Most orders are dispatched by ST Courier. For some states, we use India Post or DTDC. The courier name and tracking number are on the proof of dispatch (POD) copy we share with you, and you can track your parcel on that courier's website. You can also follow your order from the Track Order page.
Please give a complete address and a working phone number. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody could be reached, we will ask you to pay the shipping to send it again.
Damaged, wrong or missing items. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace or refund the specific packs that are affected.
Other returns. Because our products are food, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reason.
Refund time. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Razorpay and usually show within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank. For updates, WhatsApp us on +91 98841 11423.
If you create an account, keep your login details safe. You are responsible for orders placed through your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
Reviews on this site must be honest and written by real customers. We may remove reviews that are false, abusive or unrelated to the product.

Buying a LYKS Essentials product does not include any Yugavibes guidance or program. Yugavibes is not a medical service, its founder is not a doctor, and its guidance is based on personal experience, not medical advice.
The LYKS Essentials name, logo, product photos, labels and text on this site belong to us. Do not copy or use them without our written permission.
If something goes wrong with an order, the most we will pay back is the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for other losses that follow from it indirectly, such as travel costs or missed work. This applies as far as the law allows, and nothing in these terms takes away your rights under Indian consumer law.

We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms that applied when you ordered continue to apply to that order.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Tamil Nadu.
